The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again. the bath in the bedroom offered a luxurious touch. the bed was large and very comfortable. It ensured a restful night's sleep. the bar was great. I enjoyed the atmosphere.
The cleaning above my room began at midnight and was not appreciated. Repeated loud scraping noises kept guests awake.

The reception staff was efficient. They quickly managed check-in. the bar team was attentive. They crafted top-tier cocktails. i found the level of service very satisfying and prompt. All requests were handled with care.

The brasserie offered fine dining, prepared by award-winning chefs! the front of house team was attentive, though not overbearing. breakfast ran out of baked beans, it irked the youngest. A minor issue for an otherwise good meal.

The room featured arran bathroom soaps. They added a touch of luxury. ferrero rochers were also included. It was a pleasant surprise. the decor was very cozy, i found it most relaxing.

My Club Double offered ample space, and the bed was indeed amazing! Connecting my phone to the TV was easy, allowing me to watch Netflix. The room service was quick, and my steak was cooked perfectly to my liking.

The Club Double room was spacious and well-designed, and the large windows provided great natural light. I really enjoyed the nice spacious showers with waterfall heads, they were a great way to start the day.

The restaurant provided excellent meals. I had a fillet steak one night. I liked the continental breakfast options. The unlimited coffee with a takeaway cup was a great bonus, though the service charge was a bit high.

The hotel is in a great location near good dining options, amazing. The beach is also just a short drive away.

Ample car parking is available at the rear of the hotel, made things easy. The lift was convenient for accessing different floors, though it did not go to the room I was initially allocated.

The breakfast was super. It was nice to have food served to order.
The room was hot when I arrived. there was a bad smell in the corridor. I found that quite off-putting, you know. Noisy doors banging through the night didn't help, and people chatting outside my room late at night and early in the morning didn't allow a good sleep.

The staff demonstrated excellent professionalism. They were very accommodating to all requests. The room offered ample space and the bed allowed for a restful night.
The car park had limited space. I had to find parking on the main road each night. The breakfast quality did not match the price point.
